Guidelines & Rules.

You may use any manga and any music of your choice
Do not steal/copy other people's animations
Videos must be under 30 seconds preferably 21:9 aspect ratio.
To enter your submission, upload your video at toona.io/upload or click below and make sure to use #storm in the title!

Deadline & Submission.

Deadline to submit your video is April 5th 11:59 pm. We will give our judges 1 week to rank all the submissions, and results will be released on April 12th. We will release results on our discord and following emails will be sent out to users who are signed up.
